Kriya Yoga: Kriya Yoga is a Science of Body, Mind and Spirit. It contains a few techniques which are very ancient, secret and scientific. This Yoga gives simultaneous development of our body, mind and soul i.e. spirit. The very moment we start practising Kriya Yoga, we can easily and instantly elevate ourselves physically, mentally, morally, intellectually and spiritually.
Age Bar: There is no age restriction for practising Kriya Yoga a child of 8 years can practise it easily.
Physical Attainments: Kriya Yoga strengthens our heart and lung. It cures indigestion and increases appetite. It protects liver, kidney, pancreas and other organs within our abdomen. This Yoga removes retarded health, gout, depression and nervous debility and brings about healthy gloss of skin and lustre of our body. It prevents oldness and rejuvenates aged persons. Kriya Yoga is very essential for women for the hormones, estrogen and progesterone. It also controls the master gland, pituitary. This Yoga is a panacea for all diseases.
Mental Attainments: Kriya Yoga makes our mind calm. Deep inhalation of oxygen with other helpful chemical ingredients makes our memory strong. It also gives us energy and agility. The veering mind attains rapt attention which ultimately turns to concentration of mind. By practice of Kriya Yoga we can easily overcome our common problems such as stress, tension, depression and frustration etc.
Spiritual Attainments: By practising Kriya Yoga, we immediately perceive three Holy presence of God within ourselves - Divine Light, Divine Sound and Divine Vibration. Kriya Yoga awakes our Kundalini Shakti within a short time. We achieve cosmic consciousness stage, the Supreme goal of Divinity.
